Here’s how to do it:
- Cream the butter and sugar together until fluffy.
- Add eggs, apples, walnuts and vanilla. Mix well.
- Combine baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg and flour. Stir to combine, then add to wet ingredients. Pour the batter into a round mold which was sprayed with non-stick spray.
- Bake in preheated 350 degree F oven for about 45 minutes. Remove from pan and sprinkle with powdered sugar. Serve hot with whipped cream.
